Activities of the 2025 Cross-Straits Confucius Culture Spring Fair in Juxi Branch Field Held

On April 7, activities of the 2025 Confucius Culture Spring fair was held in the branch venue of Juxi Village, Panfeng Township, Panan County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. Juxiboaststhe third largest Confucius family temple in China and the largest village inhabited by Confucius descendants.
The classical music and dance performance "Wind on the Wuyu Altar" created by the Confucius Museum's Xiaoshao Orchestra kicked off the Spring Fair.A plaque presentation ceremony forConfucius Schools was held on the spot. ChinaConfucius Foundation presented plaques to four Confucius schools: Pan 'an Archives, Anwen Primary School, Jiusi Cultural and Creative Co., Ltd. and Juxi Village Committee.
Experts and scholars from all over the country, Confucius descendants and scholars from all walks of life gathered in Wuzhou's Southern Holy Land to pay tribute to the sages, encourage farming and pray for spring. Cultural performances and folk interactions recreated the glory of Wuzhou and presented a feast in spring together.
Historian Ji Lianhai delivered a keynote speech entitled "In Search of the Southern Branch of KongFamilyin Juxi", which interpreted from three perpectives the historical value and cultural influence of the migration of the Kong family to Wuzhou .
During the Spring Fair, a series of intangible cultural heritage display activities such as "Cultural and CreativeMarket" and "Spring FairGathering" were also held.
